Institutional Framework and Practice of Russian Science Diplomacy

The research deals with a relatively recent phenomenon of science diplomacy as tool Russian foreign policy. One the tracks is 'diplomacy for science. article investigates this track’s macroand micro-level practices to assess overall effectiveness diplomacy. authors conducted an indepth analysis primary sources and semi-structured interviews academics diplomats.
